After spending a glorious couple of months in Australia with our eldest daughter our dream of running a fish and pie shop was born. Like our Australian counterparts, we frown upon chain restaurants and embrace the culture of family owned eateries, where quality counts for everything. We use locally produced ingredients so our customers can enjoy fresh, often organic and preservative free, interesting home made dishes. You can taste the difference.
